Newsletter to provide industry-leading news and insights to cannabis professionals and leaders

SEPTEMBER 15, 2020, TORONTO, ONTARIO – Business of Cannabis, the preeminent B2B cannabis media platform in Canada, announced today the launch of Weekly Chronicle, a subscription newsletter targeting professionals and leaders working in the cannabis sector. Weekly Chronicle co-founder Jameson Berkow will serve as the Editor-in-Chief.

“Cannabis legalization is an economic experiment of truly unprecedented proportions, yet media coverage of the legal pot sector is all too often reduced to store counts and stock prices, said Jameson Berkow. “The mission of Weekly Chronicle is to provide deeper, actionable insights and analyses of the biggest questions raised by the end of cannabis prohibition.”

“Since our inception, we have aimed to be a place that highlights the companies, brands, people and trends driving the sector,” said Business of Cannabis co-founder and COO Blaine Pearson. “Bringing a well-regarded cannabis journalist like Jameson on board to launch our subscription newsletter is essential to achieve our overall, Business of Cannabis objective.”

Weekly Chronicle will launch Issue I on Thursday, September 17, 2020. The initial four weeks of Weekly Chronicle will be free, with an introductory offer of $99/annual subscription available through October 16. After the introductory offer period, an annual subscription will be $140 annually or $15 monthly.
