Cannabis At Work is recruiting for a Field Sales Representative. The position will promote the sales of Cannabis At Work’s client’s cannabis products and educate retailers and customers on their various recreational brands.
This means ensuring that third-party training, in-store activations, merchandising, promotion and quality assurance programs are organized and executed in a manner that most effectively supports the strategic objectives, KPI’s and brand standards.
This position will be extremely varied, demanding yet rewarding, and will play an important role in connecting the company’s brand to the retail channel and consumers within the designated territory. This person will be the in-market, street level, face of the brand and the business. The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced, complex, and changing environment, with sometimes quickly-shifting priorities.
