Cochrane’s introduction and education in cannabis through Mount Royal University’s cannabis education program has allowed her to play multiple roles in the Indigro Organics’ operation. Mount Royal University has developed an online cannabis workforce training program – helping prepare the future Canadian cannabis workforce. These online courses position students at the forefront of the sector – allowing students to gain specialized skills and knowledge designed to meet the demand for a trained workforce.
